If your item is showing as in stock, then it is currently in our Sydney warehouse. Once your order has been placed it will be processed by our warehouse team and prepared for shipping. If your item is due to be dispatched after a certain date this means it has been popular and is currently out of stock but we have more on the way! Once your item has been received at our Sydney warehouse your order will be processed by our team ready for shipping.

The approximate weeks given is the full lead time and we are not able to confirm the exact date it will arrive after ordering. A wool rug has the major benefit that it is easy to maintain since wool has natural dirt repelling properties. Please note that cut pile wool rugs will shed. It is highly recommended to rotate your rug 180 degrees every 3-6 months to balance appearance and to distribute wear evenly. Lightly vacuum once or twice a week using the lightest possible setting. Avoid powerful vacuums that may pull fibres loose from the base of the rug. Vacuum the base of your rug occasionally, as dirt can accumulate here as well. Clean spills immediately. Once a stain is set, it becomes much more difficult to clean. Never rub a spill, as this forces the spill deeper into the rug, try to dab the stain with a dry towel or cloth immediately. No two rugs are the same. Handmade rugs may vary in size and colour slightly, as each piece is unique.
